For the Vase, Club and Individual riders, the administrative check will take place on Tuesday, 29 September 2026.

Please take note of the designated time slots for each nation and category and plan your arrival accordingly so that you are at the venue in good time before your scheduled slot. Important information for Trophy riders:
The administrative check for Trophy riders will take place on Wednesday, 30 September 2026. Therefore, no administrative check is scheduled for Trophy riders on 29 September 2026.
